Balans & Impuls is a Bureau for Psychological Advise, working nation-wide since 1997.
We offer practical skills and advice to employers and employees to help them function in a more healthy and positive way.
When employees are absent because of psychological problems we can offer help with regaining health and reintegration.
We can offer team coaching and courses such as “Self management” and “Employee-centred management”.
Our starting point is always thorough diagnostics to discover how a person or a group functions. Based on our diagnostics we make a plan to help with self management or team management. Such a plan makes it possible to learn about how to handle the identity and singularity of every person involved.
Groups and individuals can grow out of balance when they neglect or abandon the best way to manage themselves. As a result they become tired, low-spirited, disappointed and irritated. Sometimes they (still) try to achieve goals that are no longer realistic. Sometimes their own self image deviates from their inner possibilities.
Mapping out directions for handling oneself, an employee or a team can help find new ways to restore a healthy balance.
