Team

The team of Balans & Impuls consists of qualified psychologists, members of the Dutch Psychological Institute. All personnel is hired on a permanent basis, and trained internally and externally. Procedures for supervision and peer review have been established.
Balans & Impuls is active all over the country. The organisation is as follows: all personnel are on the payroll of central office in The Hague. They all run one of the locations elsewhere in the country, where they work during one or two days a week. All psychologists come to The Hague every monday for consultation and peer review.
